Practice and Procedures Group

For many years the Practice and Procedures Group of the VSCL has worked with practitioners and courts to facilitate the use of technology in the practice of law.  This work includes working with the Supreme Court to draft and update the relevant technology practice notes starting in 1999.  The VSCL seeks to reconstitute this group and focus a new effort on the greater availability and use of technology in law, especially in the area of case preparation and presentation.

Members and interested parties are invited to this first meeting for 2015 to identify the topic areas of interest to members for further investigation by the P&P Group.  A new sub-committee will also be formed to manage the work of the group.

Only members of the VSCL can hold committee positions on this group.
