Former iiNet and current senior policy lawyer with the Law Institute of Victoria, Ms Leanne O'Donnell, shares her insights on the litigation involving iiNet Limited and other ISPs over their customers infringing copyright of content creators.

As a former inhouse counsel with iiNet, Ms O'Donnell is uniquely placed to inform the VSCL on the implications of the courts' decisions in the first round of litigation between iiNet and Village Roadshow (and other content owners), as well as the most recent litigation between iiNet (and other ISPs) and Dallas Buyers Club.
