ITT disputes are typically complex, tricky and expensive.

Steve White will explain what you can expect (and how to resolve) an ITT dispute using arbitration.

This will commence at the clause drafting stage, choice of arbitration and arbitral institution (if any), conduct of the proceedings (jurisdiction, interlocutory applications, pleadings, discovery and hearing) and the award.

Hopefully, you will have some idea of the arbitral process after this lunchtime seminar.
