The Victorian Society for Computers and the Law (VSCL) invites you to a webinar presented by presented by Toby Patten and Caitlin Whale of Baker McKenzie.

The seminar will focus on legislative and policy developments in cybersecurity, including proposed reforms to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act.

Toby Patten

Toby Patten is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Technology and Healthcare teams in Melbourne.

Toby has more than 15 years' experience in technology, healthcare, privacy and intellectual property commercial law. In addition to his legal qualifications Toby holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), majoring in biochemistry.

Caitlin Whale

Caitlin Whale is a special counsel in the Technology, Communications and Commercial team.

Caitlin advises on technology and rights-specific issues in large corporate and commercial transactions, and has experience in managing multi-territory licensing and divestments for multi-national clients.
