The Victorian Society for Computers and the Law (VSCL) invites you to a webinar presented by Blare Sutton of McGrathNicol and Daniel Moloney of Jones Day.

They will undertake a detailed review of how they tackled a recent cyber-attack on a client – starting with the identification of an intrusion on New Year’s eve through to the management of millions of compromised records and engagement with law enforcement and regulators.

The speakers will also discuss how organisations can manage some of the risks encountered in this case study.

Blare Sutton, Partner, McGrathNicol

Daniel Moloney, Partner, Jones Day

Daniel advises corporates, financial institutions, and individual directors and officers in complex and strategic litigation and regulatory matters. As part of his regulatory practice, Daniel advises national and global corporations and financial institutions in relation to compliance, issue management, investigations, and enforcement actions, including in relation to cyber and privacy matters. Daniel has recently advised on a number of major cyber-security attacks and data breaches involving millions of compromised records.
