The 'new' statutory consumer guarantee regime under the Australian Consumer Law can be a minefield to navigate, with little judicial guidance to light the way.

This presentation will illuminate to members of the IT industry the application of the regime, as well as provide an insight into the potential pitfalls in one of the ACCC's stated enforcement priority areas.
