Rob's practice includes advising clients in managing their technology requirements and contracts (including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the provision of technology products and services) and licensing software and technology products, advising in relation to privacy, data protection and copyright law, consumer, marketing and advertising laws, and website content and general commercial intellectual property advice. Rob's experience includes having worked for leading technology suppliers, large Australian financial institutions, utilities and food and beverage manufacturers, as well as Australian and State government agencies. Rob has also gained broad in-house experience over a number of secondments in the banking and manufacturing industries.
